Fifteen years of coordinated care, rebuilt as software.
Rconnected began as a question inside a clinical service: what if family, school and clinical teams worked from the same plan, the same behavioural understanding and the same live data — instead of three parallel versions of each?
From a pilot, to a service, to a platform.
The Targeted Mental Health in Schools (TaMHS) programme, delivered through the NELFT CAMHS team between 2010 and 2011, took a structural bet: co-locate clinicians with schools, share the plan with the family, and treat coordination itself as the intervention. The year-one report found meaningful improvements across social- emotional and academic measures.
The gap wasn’t information. It was coordination. Rconnected is the digital evolution of that service logic — translating structured multi-agency working into a practical platform for contemporary care.
